I felt cheated. My psp is only a few months old and then, E3 Sony has just announced that a slimmer, sleeker, slighter psp console will be on sale by september. THIS September! Aargghh!
If only I have known. I would have waited the meager months before greedily grabbing one beginning of this year. Read the news at Gamespot - and to a bit of my relief, the latest installment wont be too far off from the 'old version'. Only slightly slimmer and lighter, the wifi button at different place and faster game loading time. To tell the truth, I dont have problems with my version, it is not that bulky albeit it is if compared to lite. And I never have problems with loading times either - except with sims2. And my internet browser on the console still works fine.
BUT ..
The new version is capable of TV output. i.e. allow playing umd games projected on TV, using psp control. Aint that cool???? My version still hasnt that feature yet. Hopefully, in time, Sony will allow latest firmware download to the current psp that enables video output. I am sure the current console is capable of that ... I will definitely buy the video pack if that is the case. *pray*
Other than that, Latest Harvest Moon games release dates (for both psp and lite) are yet to be announced. Perhaps in 2008?? sigh. Still a long time to go.. >.< Still hunting for psp's Brooktown High - so far none in ebstores and dse stores nationwide. Ditto for trademe. =( Seen a few copies of The Urbz (lite) though.. and am still saving up for that. But my next game will be Sega Megadrive Collection (for psp) - because that has Sonic the Hedgehog games in it. <3
Currently, am still playing Thrillville (psp). So fun!!! Building my own theme park, I am *ahem* the Park Manager - who trains staff, hire / fire them, do promotion, build rides and rollercoasters, test drive the rides, talk to customers and even do matchmaking to some of them. woohoo~ I am currently building on my second park now which has 'time warp' theme. =)
The prehistoric park which is part of my second Time Warp Park.
