Like some sort of a ritualistic frenzy - repeatitively scouring, scrubbing every nook and cranny followed by rinsing under running water. But sadly, no amount of rubbing and cleansing seemed to make much difference. The angry red patches of skin as if mocking my own eyes and my frantic efforts, as the said skin remained red anyway, as well as spotting several small palpable indurations.

And they itch. Itchy. ITCHY, oh soooo very itchy.

Having a supersensitive skin which is so prone to allergic reactions is so not fun!! A skin that thinks that it rules the body, every so often showing me who's the real boss (actually it fights for this role with the stomach that will incessantly grumbles when its demand not being met), giving me the irritating creeping itchiness that consumed me, like this evening. urgh. So, gone was the plan of tonight to study as the skin dictates that it needs to be nursed...
