The Getting To Know You Game.

The game rules:-
1. Play in a group of people. The more the merrier. (and of course, the more people that you get 'to know' this way, the better. After all, that is the aim of the game)

2. You play it by answering a number of questions set by the organizer of the game or by other players. The questions strictly must ask things about the player. The more it touches the player's personal life, the better. (After all, that is the aim of the game; to know each player personally).

3. Each player must have a go at it. No exceptions. Sometimes, we might even have a few rounds. (After all, the aim of the game is for each person to answer at least one question about themselves as honestly as possible. Funny remarks is a bonus.)

4. You really believe that this game is the best game ever for you to get to know other persons well. That of course after hearing the person's answers will definitely bring you and the roomful of people closer and all of you will be best friends forever. =) wow.

Such a fun game right? A grrrrreaattt and sure-fire way to understand other people better!!!! =)))

Oh oh. Another version of the game is like this:-
1. Click on the person's profile on friendster (or other webpages that contain the person's profile. eg: beebo, etc etc etc).
2. Really believe that the few lines that the person type about him / herself definitely reflects on how the person is in real life.
3. You think you understand the person a whole load better now, and judge the person based on that profile.

Screw that.
I hate both.

I hate that getting-to-know-you-game with a passion. And I am NOT kidding about that. That will explain my reluctance and shortly, disappearance (if I bother to attend at all), of any function or gathering that has some sort of that game planned.

And I hate profiles. When people think they know me so well based on what I've written in my profiles. pah.



Or maybe I am just being narky tonight. Its already late, should go to sleep. =)
