Tomorrow is the first day of Syawal. Days really fly so fast - tick tock tick tock, and its already raya. Tick tock tick tock and it will be december, and I will be leaving Dunedin. =)

I dont know what I really felt right now. Tomorrow is Raya - keep on telling myself that. Some close friends been wishing me raya greetings, open my msn and everyone is really into festive msn greetings. But everything just seemed surreal. I dont know. haha.
My mom has just called me up. Talked to almost everyone in the family - that is except my brother Chi and my dad. My little nephews and nieces are of course main bunga api and badils - I miss that. My little nephew, Hafiz, asked me when I'll be home, and whether I'll be home tomorrow for raya. I said I am here, studying. He replied that I could go back here study after raya-ing with them, after main bunga api with him. Haha. Little kids. I miss him terribly too. He's so cute.

Alhamdullillah.. I feel contented right now. =) Really. Tomorrow I am going to meet everyone .. well, almost everyone anyway. And things are really not that bad. Am actually looking forward to meet others - albeit for only a couple of hours. But that will be awesome. ^^

And anyway, there are other things occupying my mind right now other than wishful thinking of celebrating raya with family in Brunei. Call me a geek - but I've got another rat race coming up this monday and 2 tests next week, and this girl is looking forward to a full-kick revision mode this weekend.
Like I said before, temporary hedonism rarely pays off. In the long run, you have to study your arse off.
