Woke up from a nap yesterday afternoon as a strong smell of food cooking wafted through my room. No, it is not that I have supersensitive nostril cells that could picked up odour from miles away, heh. Just so happen that my room is next to the kitchen, and whatever is cooking on stove will almost immediately radiate redolence, penetrating my room.
I sniffed the air, smelt some sort of frying beef or patties - my mind guessing who, among my flatmates, was cooking at that moment. Definitely didnt smell like Luke's cooking, heh. I rubbed my eyes, opened my door slightly and tried to peek from behind the cupboard to see who the chef was this time.
Saw Sharon!!! heh heh. Perching on the arm of the sofa, watching music channel on tv, holding a flipper on one hand. Sharon, enthusiastically preparing for our meal (iftar) that evening. aww.. Thanks for the great meal, Sharon! It was awesome!! We had honey chickens, cooked in some sort of tomato-ish gravy. Nice. =)
Another surprise I got from her was when she told me that DayLight saving has started. Took a few seconds before my groggy brain registered that information. aiiyaa.. which means, fast forwarding all my watches and clocks by one hour. Who invented this daylight saving business anyway? ugh. My bodyclock is even more messed up now. :S aiiyaaa..
Its already past 2 am, and I am still awake. Oh very much awake indeed.. Few people are online in my msn at this hour, but none I bothered to chat with. aihs.. Read some news on the net, none that could stirred any emotions or rage or annoyance in me. Read some stories on the net, none that's heart rendering. And both my consoles decided to play dead at this moment. Pah! Conspiracy! aihs.. This. Is. Boring.
